Vehco stengthens it's local precence in Spain - July 2011

Göteborg, Sweden/Madrid, Spain - 15th of July 2011 - Vehco continues its strong expansion in European key markets by acquiring its distributing company in Spain, Konexiona Tecnología y transporte, and setting up a Vehco subsidiary. All forces of Konexiona will join the Vehco Group as they will work and support the customers under the name of Vehco. The combination of Konexiona’s market expertise and Vehco’s high-end fleet management systems will create significant synergies on the Iberian Peninsula. “This acquisition represents a significant step for Vehco in our strategy to accelerate growth in Spain” said Magnus Orrebrant, chief executive officer of Vehco AB.
