Transports Vallee selects ELOmobile to otpimize their fleet management

Brest, France, on January 5th, 2012: Vehco France (ELOmobile - Vehco group) and Transports Vallee finalized the deployment of the ELOmobile solution for all the 200 heavyweight vehicles of the carrier’s fleet. Thanks to this investment, Transports Vallee will improve the management of their fleet, and will set up a complete dematerialization of the transport documents in order to improve the information flow. Improvement of exchanges traceability, of the communication with its customers, and the considerable time-saver within the treatment and invoicing will make it possible for Transports Vallee to improve the quality of its services and its competitiveness.

The agreement relates more precisely to the on-board equipment of ELOmobile made-up of the advanced computers of the ELOcom range, the on-board high-resolution digital scanners and the 7 inches touch screens. On the touch screen, the driver profits from a support to social legislation, a simple communication with the back office and from the follow-up of the orders of transport which is transmitted thanks to an interface with the TMS partner ITEM. The back-office uses the software suite ELOmobile Management 2011 integrating in particular a fast and precise cartography and a complete real-time social management. The transport documents are scanned by the driver in the cabin and the file is automatically chained with the order of transport and transmitted to the back office to facilitate the management of the documents efficiently.
